1 General Provisions and Definitions

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

Popular payment methods in Bangladesh can be used for deposits and withdrawals on ek333. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

6 Bonuses and Promotions

ek333 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its members. Each bonus offer comes with specific conditions that must be met before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,500, giving a total balance of ৳2,500, and to withdraw the bonus, ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered.

6.2 General Conditions for Bonus Use

• A bonus applies only to the account into which it was credited.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus from multiple accounts may result in all bonuses being cancelled and the accounts suspended.
• ek333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• Customer support's decision on any bonus-related matter will be considered final.

6.3 VIP Cashback Program

Regular members receive weekly cashback through ek333's VIP program. There are four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.6%; Gold — up to 0.9%; Platinum — up to 1.2%. Cashback is calculated based on total net losses for the week.

7 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on sports betting, casino games, and live casino on ek333.

7.1 Valid Bets

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless ek333 allows cancellation under specific circumstances.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, ek333 reserves the right to cancel or correct that bet.

7.2 Sports Betting

If a match or event is cancelled, the full stake is generally refunded to the Member's account. The official result of the relevant sport is used to determine match outcomes. In a multi-bet, if one selection loses, the entire stake is lost.

7.3 Casino Games

Each game has its own rules and RTP (Return to Player) rate. Game outcomes are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fairness. For progressive jackpot games, the jackpot amount is confirmed after the actual game is played.

8 Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the ek333 platform and may result in immediate account closure:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or play games.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account in order to claim bonus benefits.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Running coordinated or group betting against the platform.
• Collecting or using other members' personal information.
• Engaging in any activity that damages ek333's reputation.

If such activities are detected, ek333 reserves the right to close the account, seize the associated balance, and take legal action if necessary.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Suspension or Closure by ek333

ek333 may temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause of the Terms.
• Creating an account with false information.
• Failure or refusal to complete identity verification.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

9.2 Account Closure by the Member

Any member may voluntarily close their account. A request must be submitted to customer support. Before the account is closed, all pending bets must be settled and the remaining balance may be withdrawn provided the minimum withdrawal condition is met.

10 Privacy and Data Storage
